Bible verse for June 28
Don’t be lured away from him by the latest speculations about him. The grace of Christ is the only good ground for life. Products named after Christ don’t seem to do much for those who buy them.
Hebrews 13:9 MSG
Prayer Reflections for June 28
I walked into the psychic shop nervous and anxious as this was only the second one I had ever talked to. Feeling lost and confused with my place in life right now and where God has me I was ready to have all my answers for all the many questions I had been seeking.
I had never gone seeking answers from other practices but these last 8mths had rocked my faith and world in a way I had never known before. From married stay-at-home mom to separated single mom of four, relocating myself and my children hours away, my core was shaken. I was lost looking for answers to who I was now. After, hearing what she had to say and going over it again in my mind my spirit felt convicted and shamely realized I had left God for something that would never love me, guide me, or heal me the way Jesus Could.
Like the scripture in Hebrews 13:9. I was not secure in, The grace of God and my savior over my life. I can look at those months now and realize His Grace has carried me in the abusive marriage and in the jolting life changes and in the unknown circumstances to come. Dear friend let his Grace be your reassurance in such an unsure world.

God, please allow your Grace to continue reigning over all they do and who they are in Jesus’ name, Amen.
