Prayer Reflections for March 24
We have been talking all this month about trusting our God. Every Bible verse has been about trusting God.
However, God places trust in us too. It’s not equal, because we can put one hundred percent trust in our God who will never fail us. But God does entrust us with certain things.
He did from the beginning. One of the first things Adam and Eve were entrusted with what taking care of the garden. God wants us to have accountability, and it helps us grow in our relationship with Him.
The Bible verse above was from the Parable of the Shrewd Manager in Luke. Jesus was telling the Pharisees, who loved money, that they could not serve two masters, money and God. If God trusts us with any type of money, we need to realize that the God of everything is placing trust in us, and we must decide what to do with that trust.
What has God entrusted you with today? How can you make sure that you make godly decisions around that trust?
Prayer for March 24
Dear Lord, I trust you more than anything. There is nothing in this world that I can place my full, 100% trust in other than You. Help me to live a godly life where you can trust the things you placed in my hands as well, Amen.
